PLM logs 100% passing rate in April 2023 electrical engineering board exam
The Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila (PLM) congratulates seven graduates who passed the April 2023 licensure examination for electrical engineers.

All seven College of Engineering alumni examinees passed the test, bringing PLM to a 100% passing rate โ€“ among the few schools to manage a perfect record in this round of exams.

PLM graduate ranks 7th, leads 75 new licensed civil engineers in April 2023 board exam
Another graduate of the Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila (PLM) College of Engineering emerged as one of the topnotchers in the April 2023 licensure examination for civil engineers.
Engr. Jolison Kenneth Arita led PLM alumni in the latest set of board passers. Arita placed 7th overall with a score of 89.45%.

PLM hosts innovation expo for City of Manila schools
The Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila (PLM) served as the meeting point of young and bright minds as it hosted the 2nd Manila Intellectual Property, Innovation & Business Incubation Expo or MIPIBIEx.
 
In partnership with the Division of City Schools-Manila, the University welcomed delegates from various high schools in the city to provide a springboard for creativity and innovation on Saturday, April 22, 2023.

PLM tallies 66.67% passing rate, alumna ranks 10th in real estate brokers board exam
A graduate of the Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila (PLM)โ€™s Real Estate Management program emerged as one of the topnotchers of the April 2023 Real Estate Brokers Licensure Examination.

PLM Business School alumna Michelle Alaras ranked 10th out of 581 passers with a score of 83.75%.

Eleven other PLM graduates passed the exam on their first try, with the University posting a 66.67% passing rate. This is well above the national passing rate of 43.75%, or 581 successful examinees out of 1,328 test takers.

โ€œCongratulations to PLMโ€™s newest batch of licensed real estate brokers!,โ€ University President Emmanuel Leyco said.

โ€œOur undergraduate program is relatively young, but this strong performance affirms that we are on the right track and we can continue to improve from hereon,โ€ he added.

PLM began offering the BS Real Estate Management program in 2018. It provides theory-based practice for future practitioners covering salesmanship, brokerage, appraisal, consultancy, as well as local government functions of assessors.
