The 2020 Ad Hoc Committee on Graduation and Recognition understands the disappointment towards what our dear graduates witnessed during the premiere of our first virtual graduation last June 30, 2020. Hence, the PLM Graduation Committee is working on an updated version of the 52nd Commencement Exercises, the first in the University's history to be hosted as a virtual ceremony.

As mentioned by University President Emmanuel Leyco, we are coordinating with our outsourced production crew to overhaul the roll call so that each of our 1,033 graduates will have their individual moment on our virtual stage –– a compromise since we could not do a physical graduation march due to the pandemic.

We apologize and seek your understanding as existing quarantine rules also limited our on-site work, which has affected our preparations for the graduation rites. Please rest assured that we all deeply value our graduates and their proud parents and families, and we would like all of you to savor this momentous event in your lives despite the COVID-19 crisis.

We will send another announcement on when the graduation ceremony will be aired. Again, we sincerely ask for your patience as we work hard to present to you, parents and graduates, the ceremony that our scholars truly deserve. Congratulations to the Class of 2020! May you all excel in your future endeavors and realize your dreams and goals for your family and fellowmen.
