A graduate of the Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila (PLM)’s Real Estate Management program emerged as one of the topnotchers of the April 2023 Real Estate Brokers Licensure Examination.

PLM Business School alumna Michelle Alaras ranked 10th out of 581 passers with a score of 83.75%.

Eleven other PLM graduates passed the exam on their first try, with the University posting a 66.67% passing rate. This is well above the national passing rate of 43.75%, or 581 successful examinees out of 1,328 test takers.

“Congratulations to PLM’s newest batch of licensed real estate brokers!,” University President Emmanuel Leyco said.

“Our undergraduate program is relatively young, but this strong performance affirms that we are on the right track and we can continue to improve from hereon,” he added.

PLM began offering the BS Real Estate Management program in 2018. It provides theory-based practice for future practitioners covering salesmanship, brokerage, appraisal, consultancy, as well as local government functions of assessors.
