The Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila mourns the passing of Dean Ed Vincent S. Albano, who passed away on Thursday, August 27 due to complications brought about by pancreatic cancer.
Atty. Albano has contributed greatly to the University and the country, having served as a professor and dean of the PLM College of Law and as a judge of a Regional Trial Court.
He also put up the Albano Bar Review Center, which has proven instrumental in helping law students pass the Bar examinations. He is also a renowned author and legal luminary in Remedial, Civil, and Political Law.
“Dean Ed’s enthusiasm in teaching young minds will be truly missed. We are one with the entire law community in praying for the eternal repose of his soul,” College of Law Dean George Erwin Garcia said.
