PLM also emerged with a 100% passing rate, with all six of its BS Civil Engineering graduates passing the exam on their first try. Only four other schools achieved this feat, which is well above the national passing rate of 36.7%.

There were a total of 6,469 test takers.

“We honor PLM’s six newest professional civil engineers, especially Mr. Lacastre who landed on the Top 10 of this round of examination. This is yet another proof of the quality education which the University is seeking to provide to the Filipino youth,” PLM President Emmanuel Leyco said.

“May you use your skills to help build a resilient and progressive infrastructure for the Filipino nation. Congratulations!”

The Philippine Regulation Commission will accept registrations for the issuance of Professional ID cards and certificate of registration for the passers between December 17-29, 2021 and January 3-4, 2022. The schedule of their oath taking ceremony will be announced at a later date.
