The webinar will discuss and demonstrate Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy, which has been found by researchers as an effective intervention in reducing the risk of clinical depression. It helps people manage stress and lessen overthinking. Its effect has also been reported to be as good as anti-depressant medications.

The webinar is organized by the Office of Guidance and Testing Services in coordination with the School of Public Health. This is the second webinar to be held under the universityโ€™s Telehealth program.
