Veteran election lawyer Atty. George Erwin Garcia, former dean of the PLM College of Law and a former member of the PLM Board of Regents, has been confirmed by the Commission on Appointments as Chairman of the Commission on Elections (Comelec). He will serve the poll body until February 2, 2029.
