The Office of Guidance and Testing Services (OGTS) would like to invite the PLM Students, Faculty and Staff to an enrichment activity entitled, #AKONamanMuna: A Workshop on Self-Care Skills Enhancement (Mindfulness & Distress Tolenrance)on May 2, 2024; 8:30 AM (morning session) and 1:00PM (afternoon session) at the Justo Albert Auditorium.
The aim of the activity is to expose participants to various self-care techniques, specifically mindfulness and distress tolerance.
