The theme for this year set by the World Foundation of Mental Health is “Mental health is a universal human right.” Despite knowing that mental health is a universal right there are still individuals who face more barriers than others to develop and achieve good mental health. Further, this is also a reminder that mental health is necessary to everyone, and that each individual has a role to play in everyone’s mental health (NCMH Crisis hotline, 2021). Therefore, it is important to raise awareness and drive positive change for everyone's mental health.

In line with the World Mental Health Month, the Office of Guidance and Testing Services (OGTS) will be conducting a 3-Day Mental Health Wellness Activities which will be held on October 9-11, 2023. The activity aims to 1.) promote awareness of mental health and self-care; 2.) integrate wellness activities in all classes and offices; and 3.) participate in the different wellness activities.
