Students and faculty of the Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila are given time off from online learning beginning Saturday, October 31 until November 5, 2020.
PLM President Emmanuel Leyco has suspended classes on October 31 and has also cancelled learning sessions from November 3-5 to extend the All Saints’ Day break. No synchronous or asynchronous classes will be conducted during this period.
This “wellness break” seeks to promote the physical and mental well-being of students and faculty members after a month of blended learning, and to give them more time to bond with their families.
Professors are also advised not to set deadlines for class requirements during this period. Classes resume on Friday, November 6, 2020.
