The Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila (PLM) General Services Office (GSO) needs one (1) Administrative Assistant III under Contract of Service:

(1) Administrative Assistant III

Employment Status: Contract of Service

Salary Per Month: Php 21,211.00

Qualifications:

        Education: Completion of two years studies in College or High School graduate with relevant vocational/trade course

        Experience: 1 year of relevant experience

        Training: 4 hours of relevant training

        Eligibility: None required

Duties and Functions:

  1. Handle, documentation, submission of required reports and maintenance of GSO supplies.
  2. Facilitate procurement activities.
  3. Handle inventory reports on janitorial and/or gymnasium supplies.
  4. Facilitate routine administrative tasks such as scheduling, correspondence both internally and externally and data entry.
  5. Provide essential support to the section head and the entire team.
  6. Coordinate meetings, manage calendars and enhance customer service by ensuring prompt responses to inquiries, handling phone calls professionally.
  7. Other tasks that may be required.
