The Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila (PLM) General Services Office (GSO) needs one (1) Administrative Assistant III under Contract of Service:

Employment Status: Contract of Service
Salary Per Month: Php 21,211.00
Qualifications:
Education: Completion of two years studies in College or High School graduate with relevant vocational/trade course
Experience: 1 year of relevant experience
Training: 4 hours of relevant training
Eligibility: None required
Duties and Functions:
- Handle, documentation, submission of required reports and maintenance of GSO supplies.
- Facilitate procurement activities.
- Handle inventory reports on janitorial and/or gymnasium supplies.
- Facilitate routine administrative tasks such as scheduling, correspondence both internally and externally and data entry.
- Provide essential support to the section head and the entire team.
- Coordinate meetings, manage calendars and enhance customer service by ensuring prompt responses to inquiries, handling phone calls professionally.
- Other tasks that may be required.
