Supplemental/Bid Bulletin No. 03-G-2022 - Purchase of Two (2) Units LED Wall Including Installation, Configuration, Commissioning, Testing, Training and Documentations

This Supplemental/Bid Bulletin is issued to clarify or amend some provisions originally indicated in
the Bidding Documents, in compliance with Section 22.5.2 of the Revised Implementing Rules and
Regulations of Republic Act 9184, to wit:

Invitation to Bid:
1. The Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila
(PLM), through the PLM’s Corporate Budget
for the contract approved by the Board of
Regents for CY 2022 intends to apply the sum
of Three Million Six Hundred Thousand
Pesos (PhP3,600,000.00) for the first year
and the same amount for the succeeding years
being the ABC to payments under the contract
for Purchase of Two (2) Units LED Wall
Including Installation, Configuration,
Commissioning, Testing, Training and
Documentations. Bids received in excess of
the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid
opening.  

 Invitation to Bid:

B. TWO (2) SETS COLLAPSIBLE FRAME
DESIGN FOR 4M X 2.5M AND ONE (1)
SET FOR 8M X 2.5M LED

 

 This shall form an integral part of the bidding documents. Any provisions in the Bidding Documents inconsistent herewith is hereby cancelled, modified, and superseded accordingly.
