PLM students and alumni may request documents online from the Office of the University Registrar (OUR).
Send your request and student details (student number, course, and year graduated) by email to email@example.com.
The OUR will email you the instructions, including the date for pickup of your requested document. Only on your assigned schedule will you be allowed entry at PLM because we are strictly implementing health and safety measures to minimize the risk of contracting COVID-19.
Authorized representatives may also claim the document. They must present an authorization letter signed by the student or alumni, along with at least one valid ID of the representative and student/alumni.
