The Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila is pleased to open its online portal for applications for incoming freshmen for Academic Year 2021-2022.
Starting Monday, February 1, 2021, interested applicants may access the online PLM Admission Portal at http://web1.plm.edu.ph/crs/admission. The requirements for application as well as the online form will be available for fill-up through the PLM Computerized Registration System website, which requires a student’s personal information, school background, and listing of course preferences.
Among the documents needed for submission are a copy of his/her birth certificate from the Philippine Statistics Authority, Grade 11 Form 138, and for those who intend to apply for scholarship if admitted, the latest Income Tax Return of parents. For Manila residents, a voter’s ID must also be submitted.
Students also need to fill up a data privacy consent form to complete the application process. They will then receive log-in credentials in the email address they provided in the online form, which they will use to log in to the PLM Admission Portal and monitor the status of their application.
The application period ends on March 31, 2021.
