We would like to inform you that the deadline for the submission of your nomination/s for the 2017 distinguished alumni awards for the categories (career distinction, service to society, and service and support to PLM) is being extended from November 2017 to February 2018.
This will give you more time to fill out the nomination form (available for downloading on this site) and put together your nominee's updated curriculum vitae (with photo), narrative nomination letter (min. of 1000 words, listing nominee's achievements) and supporting documents like commendations, awards, newspaper (including PLM Today and other University publications) clippings and such (neatly compiled in a clear book), if any, and submit these to the office of the Awards Committee Chairman Fernando Nunez III before the end of business hours on February 28.
The nominations (max. of 5 per college to include those from student org members and their alumni) shall be forwrded to the Alumni Selection Committee (PLM Pres., EVP & VPs) at the start of business hours on March 1, for review and validation. Please be reminded that anonymous and self nominations will not be accepted.
