Paying students enrolled at the Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila for Academic Year 2020-2021 now have the option to settle their school fees online.
Payments can be made through a direct deposit to PLM’s account with the Land Bank of the Philippines, either over-the-counter or online, with the following details:
Account Name : Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila
Account Number : 2472 1006 56
Account Type : Current
Branch : DOLE Intramuros
Landbank depositors may also pay their fees through Landbank’s Biz Portal (https://www.lbp-eservices.com/egps/portal/Merchants.jsp). Search “Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila” from the list of merchants and choose whether to pay tuition and other fees partially or in full, or settle other fees assessed for the upcoming semester. Provide the student’s details to proceed.
The amount to be paid will depend on the payment option of the student –– whether full cash or in installments (up to a maximum of 5 equal installments is accepted) –– based on the assessment provided during enlistment.
After payment, a student must send proof of payment to payonline@plm.edu.ph with the following details:
Email Subject: Payment of _____________ (Last name, first name, middle name of student).
The message body should follow this format:
Last Name: ________First Name: ________Middle Name: ________Student Number: ________College/Course/Year: ________Purpose (mark with X):____ Tuition & Miscellaneous Fees, 1st Sem, SY 2020-2021____ Outstanding Account Balance, 2nd Sem, SY 2019-2020____ Outstanding Account Balance, 3rd Term/MidTerm, SY 2019-2020Others, please specify: _______Amount Paid: __________ Full payment___ Installment Payment (Please indicate # of installment, e.g. 1st, 2nd, etc: ____)Date Paid: _______Transaction Number: ________

The process also applies to unsettled fees for Academic Year 2019-2020. The University provided a one-year grace period to settle existing balances, with students only required to pay at least one-third of their unpaid fees to be eligible to enroll for the new semester that starts on September 3.
Select students, particularly those enrolled in master’s and doctorate programs, pay tuition and miscellaneous fees every enrolment. A big chunk of the cost of education at PLM is subsidized and paid for by the City Government of Manila and by the national government.
Undergraduate students are exempted from paying tuition fees pursuant to the Republic Act 10931 or the “Universal Access to Quality Tertiary Education Act.” #
