PLM tallies 100% passing rate in electronics technicians exam
 
Graduates of the College of Engineering of the Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila (PLM) recorded strong performances in the recently concluded licensure examinations for electronics engineers and electronics technicians.
Engr. Nieve Rain Ugto ranked 10th out of 1,660 successful examinees in the April 2023 Electronics Engineers board exam. She leads 10 other PLMayers who are now licensed professionals.
 
PLM BS Electronics Engineering graduates recorded a 78.57% passing rate, substantially higher than the national passing rate of 33.49%.
 
Meanwhile, all nine graduates who took the board exam as electronics technicians passed, placing PLM among the few universities to secure a 100% passing rate in the licensure test. The national passing rate for electronics technicians stood at 73.69% for the April 2023 exam.

PLM has been consistently outperforming national passing rates across various fields of study, a testament to the high quality education it provides to the Filipino youth.
