Notice to all Heads of Office, Training Managers and HR Managers
The College of Management and Entrepreneurship (CME) offers a program customized to the employees of private entities who were not able to finish their college education.  The program is quite time-saving, economical and the most practical way of obtaining a college degree, yet adhering to the Pamantasan standards.  This program has been proven in providing opportunities for regularization, permanency, promotion and further career advancement of its graduates in their respective jobs.

This alternative special program is offered through the companies that are pursuing programs on continuing education and career development for their employees. A memorandum of agreement shall be entered into by the company with Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila for venue sponsorship.

An agency-sponsor provides the venue and the classroom facilities right in their premises where classes shall be held. Each class has a minimum size of 25 but not more than 35 students. Payment of tuition and other fees will depend on the agency's arrangement with its employees, whether the the government would subsidize scholarship or by individual payment shouldered by the students.

Our roster of lecturers includes academicians, government executives and industry practitioners who are holders of master's and doctoral degrees, CPAs and lawyers from reputable institutions.

The BPA Program
(Per Board Resolution No. 3472 dated May 2011, by virtue of Republic Act 4196)

The Bachelor in Public Administration (BPA) is a baccalaureate or bachelor’s degree program equivalent to a 4-year course, offered to government employees or public elected officials through the sponsorship of various government agencies and units. 

The program can be completed in five (5) terms.  Each term has five subjects comprising the discipline in public administration, management and accounting.  Each subject has duration of four meeting, whole day, either four consecutive Saturdays or consecutive Sundays, or two (2) consecutive Saturday and Sundays.  The fifth meeting will be the final examination.

At the end of the five (5) terms, the students shall take the Comprehensive Examination which will determine whether they will graduate from the course or not. 

Minimum Requirements:
• Must have completed the Second Year College or at least seventy-two (72) academic units;
• Must have at least two (2) years working experience, and currently employed;
• Of good standing in the workplace and in the community;
• Must pass the equivalency/qualifying examination.

Documentary Requirements:
Upon application (for evaluation purposes to qualifying for equivalency/qualifying examination)
1. Photocopy of the Official Transcript of Records
2. Certificate of Employment

Upon enrollment
• Original Official Transcript of Records (with remarks such as: "For further studies at PLM", or "For PLM copy" or "For transfer to PLM";
• 2 character references/recommendations from any of the following: (a) former professor/teacher (b) priest, minister or pastor (c) former superior (d) barangay chairman, (e) any elder in the community where the candidate is residing
• Permit to study and recommendation from the immediate supervisor, allowing the candidate to go on study.
• For married women, birth certificate and marriage contract

» Equivalency tests can be scheduled upon request of the interested agencies or companies
» Regional classes can be offered on a customized arrangement
