The Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila (PLM) College of Educationneeds (2) two part-time faculty personnel with the following qualifications:

POSITION: (2) Professorial Lecturer I

DEPARMENT: Graduate Program – Master of Public Administration & Doctor of Public Administration

QUALIFICATIONS:

1. With Doctoral degree in Public Administration/Public Management/Government Management
2. With at least 5 years work experience in the government
3. With at least 3 years of teaching experience in the graduate level
4. Available for hybrid mode of teaching on weekends, Saturday and Sunday, 8:00AM to 7:00PM

SUBJECTS TO TEACH: Includes but not limited to Public Administration in the graduate level. Subjects include Foundations of Government Management, Research Statistics, Research Methods, Ethics and Accountability in Government, Public Policy and Policymaking Process, Public Personnel Administration, Public Fiscal Administration, Local Government and Regional Administration, Philippine National Development, E-Governance in the Public Sector, Dynamics and Techniques of Decision-Making, Voluntary Sector Management, Sustainable Development, Policymaking and National Development, Strategic Management in the Public Service, Seminar on Economic Development, Seminar on Political Development, Seminar on Social Development, National and Human Security Management, Crisis and Risks Management in the Government
