Details

This Supplemental/Bid Bulletin is issued to clarify or amend some provisions originally indicated in
the Bidding Documents, in compliance with Section 22.5.2 of the Revised Implementing Rules and
Regulations of Republic Act 9184, to wit:

Lot No. 12 – 5 piece Magnetic Stirrer (Bar
type: 25mm)
Lot No. 13 – 5 kg Ethyl Acetate
Lot No. 14 – 5 liters Sodium Hydroxide

the Date of Receipt of Notice to Proceed
(NTP).

CALENDAR DAYS from the Date of Receipt
of Notice to Proceed (NTP).
LOT NO. 26-27: ONE HUNDRED FIFTY
(150) CALENDAR DAYS from the Date of
Receipt of Notice to Proceed (NTP).

 

 This shall form an integral part of the bidding documents. Any provisions in the Bidding Documents inconsistent herewith is hereby cancelled, modified, and superseded accordingly.
