University President Emmanuel Leyco has tendered his resignation from the Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila (PLM) effective close of business on October 15, 2023.
Leyco, who concurrently serves as PLM president and vice-chairman of the Board of Regents, informed Manila City Mayor Maria Shielah “Honey” Lacuna-Pangan about his retirement from the service in a letter dated October 10, 2023.
